This includes all of the "Yes" or "No" considerations and options such as: hot tub/spa, water depths, diving board, diving rock, water features, slide, salt water or chlorine, landscaping, fire pits, decking style and size, arbors and so on.

Swimming Pool
Construction Process
After careful planning of every detail we will clearly mark all of the swimming pool construction details in your yard for exact locations prior to beginning any work. After reviewing the layout, the excavation digging will soon begin to remove the dirt where the pool will be constructed. You will be able to sit back and relax knowing your swimming pool builder has everything covered!
After the ground excavation is complete there will be steel bars called rebar formed within the entire shell that will ultimately hold and reinforce the gunite, which is a concrete like material that will make up the walls and floor of the interior of the swimming pool and/or spa. Shotcrete is another term for gunite, the terms are basically interchangeable.
The next step is to install all of the plumbing and electrical components. Then the gunite is sprayed in through a large hose to create the hard shell of the interior of the pool. Shortly after the gunite cures the tile is laid and the stone edge coping is installed around the perimeter.
The next step is the decking that will create the patio area surrounding the swimming pool. All of the equipment is then installed that will operate the pools systems.
The last steps are applying the plaster finishing material on the shell of the pool that will be the finished surface and all of the landscaping effects. The water will begin filling your new pool the same day the pools interior finish is applied!
A thorough final cleaning of the area and your Backyard Oasis is complete! After starting the swimming pools systems and getting the water balanced for the first time we will show you all you need to know about operating your new swimming pool. It's time to jump in!
